Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Please read our policy carefully before booking your reading with Madame Marie / brown.sugah.magic. Your appointment is a sacred commitment of time and energy, and this policy ensures a respectful exchange for all. Disclaimer & Limitations Spiritual readings are for personal growth and insight. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. The practitioner is not responsible for any actions taken by the client based on the information received during a reading. Scheduling & Payment Full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your slot. To honor the energetic preparation required, all sessions must be scheduled a minimum of 24 to 48 hours in advance. We do not accommodate same-day bookings. Client Rescheduling & Cancellations We require at least 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment. Rescheduling: With 24+ hours' notice, we will gladly find a new time for you. Cancellations: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a 75% refund. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and any missed appointments are non-refundable. Practitioner Cancellations In the rare event we must reschedule, you'll be notified immediately and offered a full refund or a new appointment time at your convenience. Confidentiality All information shared during your reading is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed without your explicit consent, unless required by law. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
