Cancellation Policy
Welcome to brown.sugah.magic. To ensure a sacred, respectful, and seamless experience for everyone, please review our booking policy before scheduling your session. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below. Booking & Scheduling All spiritual readings and energy sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. This window allows for the necessary energetic preparation and alignment required to provide you with the highest quality guidance. We are unable to accommodate same-day or next-day appointments. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy We understand that life happens and schedules change. However, because time slots are limited and dedicated entirely to your energy, we enforce a strict cancellation window. Timely Changes: Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled reading time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to show up for your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of your booking fee will be forfeited to cover the reserved time and preparation.
